We are saddened to announce the peaceful transition of Ms. Patricia Brown on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 surrounded with the love of her family.
Celebration of Life for Mrs. Patricia Brown will be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 20th, 2024 in the sanctuary of Kellyton Baptist Church with Brother Randall Jones officiating
On September 28, 1951, Patricia Ann Jones Brown was born to Frances Talley Jones and Warren Jones in Tallapoosa County, Alabama.
She was a devout Christian and faithful member of Kellyton Baptist Church until her health declined.
She loved helping others, therefore; she chose nursing as her profession. She worked many years as a LPN in several different hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Patricia was a loving mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed traveling long and short distances as often as possible. She was the most generous person most of us have ever known.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Kelly Green, and one brother, Warren Glenn Jones.
On Wednesday, July 17, 2024 surrounded with the love of her family, she peacefully transitioned home to live with the Lord.
Patricia’s precious memories will always be cherished by her sons, James E. Brown (Audrey), Thomas W. Brown, two grandchildren whom she raised as her own after the death of their parents, Ashley Green and Austin Green, two sisters, Kathy Darlene Worthy, and Wanda Elaine Fennell, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of floral arrangements, the family request monetary donation to Kellyton Baptist Church in memory of Patricia Brown @www.tbfa.org/Kellyton-baptist-church-givethree65-online-giving/
