Mr. Joe L. Chapman passed Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Russell Medical.
Funeral Service for Mr. Joe Louis Chapman will be held Monday, April 1, 2019 12:00 noon at New Elam Baptist Church with interment following in the Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m.
