The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Howard on Friday, May 23, 2025, at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church at 1:00 PM with interment at Green Acres Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday, 2 - 5:00 PM at Progressive.
