Ms. Gloria Kate Howard passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at the age of 78. She was born on June 7, 1946, to the late Lee Thomas, Jr., and Mittie Thomas in Columbus.

The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Howard on Friday, May 23, 2025, at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church at 1:00 PM with interment at Green Acres Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday, 2 - 5:00 PM at Progressive.
