I met Sweet about 3 years ago when the band was looking to add a Saxophone player. He was no doubt the most dedicated member we have ever had. This man practiced and played gigs with the band when he should have been home in bed. The Nite Flight band has a hole in our heart and he will surely be missed. Mr. Sweet you have made it home and I know you are playing that Golden Saxophone on the streets of Gold. The band Loves you and appreciates the time we had to spend with you. Thanks for the prayers for his family and the band. May God Bless each of you. Harold Swann and Glenn Johnston.
My memories of "Sweet" was one that I shall never forget how he smile when world was against him.. He was a friend to all.Q
Family I am praying for your strength and The day when God will allow you to think of Sweet and feel more joy than pain.
Love your cousin Dorothy

I met Mr Sweets thru the Nite Flight Band that he was in. He was always so nice and his name "Sweets" was just perfect for him. Once about 10 months ago, they played at Hunters Cantina and Grill in Hogansville, and Harold let me get on stage and sing with them for one song. I was nervous as a cat but Mr Sweets smiled and told me that he had heard me sing at karaoke there, and I had nothing to be nervous about. He stood beside me on the stage and gave me encouragement. I will never forget him and his kindness, and for helping me make my most major dream in life (to sing with a band) come true.
You will surely be missed Mr Sweets, I'm sure you are at God's side already playing your beautiful music for him. I'm a better person for having known you, and my heart, thoughts and prayers are going out to your family, friends and the Night Flight Band....God bless you and thank you for bringing joy and smiles to this world! Rhonda
