Charles and Mikele, I am so sad to hear of Chris's passing. What an accomplished person he was and what a beautiful life! Just way too short. I will never forget those early days in West Point as we were both beginning to raise our sons. It was comforting to share times with your family and Chris. We enjoyed Chris always! My family and I send love and heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Sincerely, Mardi Downs Schaufler

I had the privilege to coach Chris at Troup HS in the early 2000s. He was a huge part of a special group of young people who later in life became outstanding men. I will always have many fond memories of the time I shared with him. He was a warrior on the football field and loved to compete. My thoughts and prayers go out to all his family and friends. RIP #36 You fought the good fight brother.
