Obituary For Mrs. Willie Jeffie Booker
Ms. Willie Jeffie Booker, a resident of Lanett, AL, died Monday, July 6, 2026 at Diversicare of Lanett in Lanett, AL.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. from Pilgrim Baptist Church, 420 N. 12th Avenue, Lanett, AL, Rev. Frederick James, Ph.D., Pastor and Rev. John Flournoy, Jr., Officiant/Eulogist.
Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, 2167 22nd Street SW, Lanett. Davis Memorial Mortuary directing.
Public Viewing is scheduled for Friday, July 10, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Davis Memorial Mortuary.
Ms. Willie Jeffie Booker was born August 5, 1951 to Mr. Jeff Trammell and Mrs. Annie Pearl Lancaster Trammell.
She confessed Christ as her Personal Savior and joined St. James Baptist Church in Lanett, Alabama where she served as a faithful choir member. Willie Jeffie loved her family and faithfully provided many services to them until her health began to fail.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Shirley Billingsley. Ms. Booker departed this life on Monday, July 6, 2026 at Diversicare of Lanett in Lanett, Alabama.
Willie Jeffie leaves cherished memories with: her daughter, Pamela (Carlos) Kelly, Crestview, FL; her son, Harold Roger Booker, Jr., Lanett, AL; sisters, Dorothy Thomas, Valley, AL and Connell Trammell, Lanett, AL; brothers, Willie Rowe (Mildred) Trammell and John Lee Trammell both of Lanett, AL; grandchildren, Hakeem (Khylor) Booker, Lanett, AL, Germela Ferguson, Lanett, AL, Ashely Ferguson, Valley, AL, Layah Ferguson, Lanett, AL and, Martino Booker, Valley, AL; great-grandchildren, Jace Ferguson, Princeton Ferguson, Harmoni Ferguson, Hakari Booker and Hakyra Booker all of Lanett, AL; and, a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
