Mrs. Mary K. Phillips Andrews, a resident of Vero Beach, FL, and former resident of Valley, AL, died Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at her residence.

Memorial Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. (EST) on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Davis Memorial Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Frankie Hutchinson, Sr., officiating. Davis Memorial Mortuary directing. There will be no public viewing.

Mrs. Mary Kate Phillips Andrews was born April 28, 1932, to the late Mr. Ben Phillips and Mrs. Geraldine Sheppard Phillips in LaGrange, Georgia.

She accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. After marriage to Mr. John Andrews, she joined her husband and became a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; sisters, Sally Lee Floyd and Glennie Mae Baker; brothers, John Willie Phillips and Jay Phillips; sister-in-law, Mae Will Phillips; brother-in-law, Lonnie Floyd; grandchildren, Leonard, Ashley , and Monique Phillips, Shaniece Smith, and Christopher Thomas, Jr.; and, her husband John Hayward Andrews. Mrs. Mary K. Phillips Andrews departed her earthly life on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at home surrounded by family.
