Mr. Vincent E. Pritchard, a resident of Valley, AL, died Friday, July 11, 2025 in Bessemer, AL.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Saturday, July, 26, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) from Rehoboth Baptist Church, 206 Huguley Road, Valley, AL, Rev. Karanja Story, Pastor and Bishop Donald Lancaster, Eulogist. Interment will follow in Rehoboth Cemetery. Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley directing.
Public Viewing is scheduled for Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. until Funeral Hour at Rehoboth Baptist Church.
Vincent Edwin Pritchard was born March 2, 1969 to Marcia Pritchard. Vincent answered our father*s call on Friday, July 11, 2025, in Bessemer, Alabama.
Vincent, fashionably known as * Vint* or *Crim*, was a standout player in basketball and football, earning numerous plaques and trophies. He graduated from Valley High School in 1987. He furthered his education by graduating from Wenonah Technical State Institute in Birmingham, Alabama in 1989, becoming an electrician.
Vint was a peoples* person. He loved his family and hanging out with his friends. Vint was the life of the party, even if there was not a real party. He loved making others laugh. He genuinely had a good heart and did not mind helping anyone if he could.
He was preceded in death by: his son, Romello Pritchard; his grandparents, Mr. Oscar Lee and Mrs. Eva Mae Walton, Sr.; his great-grandmother, Tommie Mae Morris; greataunt, Geneva Williams and his uncle, Oscar L. Walton, Jr.
He is survived by his legacy of love: his wife, Arrion Stephens-Pritchard, Valley, AL; his mother and step-father, Marcia Walton Crim and Willie Crim, West Point, GA; his children, Vintavious Booker, Ryeneshia Hutchinson, Jacquelyn Woody, Juwann (Arnetia) Booker, Tikerah Copeland, Diamond Pritchard, and Irish Pritchard. He joyfully loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Kintavious Dozier, Zakeliee Dozier, Vintavious Booker, Jr., Ashanti Booker, Jordan Booker, Jayda Booker, Dru Hardwick, Ryder Stephens, Eliana Booker, Abigail Booker, and Osimir Pruitt. He was also survived by: three brothers, Roderick (Loretta) Walton, Chad (Georgina) Pritchard, and Kyeron Crim; one sister, Vivian Crim; and, a host of other relatives and friends.

Sending lots of love and prayers to the entire family. I went to school with Vincent and grew up with the family. He will be missed by all. I moved away from home, however memories are what we have to smile and look back on. May God comfort all those who need his warmth and love to get thru this healing process. We will all see each other again one day! So sorry I couldn't attend.

Vince was such the fun and loving guy. His presence and humor would light up any room. Everytime I came home it was like no time was lost. He was always the same fun loving guy he was in school. It was always "Come here Lisa Brooks!" Truly sadden your light had dimmed classmate. I pray for the comfort of your family. Rest in paradise Crim.
