Brown, Mr. Darian K., a resident of Columbus, GA and former resident of Valley, AL, died Tuesday, September 10, 2019 in Lanett, AL.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 1:00 pm from Bethlehem Baptist Church, West Point, GA, Dr. Willie T. Edmondson, Pastor and Rev. Dequindrae Hardnett, Officiant/Eulogist.
Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Lanett, AL. Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley directing.
There will be no public viewing.
Darian attended Kendrick High School where he was a member of the football team and also a member of the ROTC program and participated in several rifle competitions. At an early age he accepted Christ and joined Community Baptist Church of Valley, AL under the leadership of Rev. David Core, Sr. At the time of his death, he was a member of New Destiny Church in Columbus, GA.
His survivors include: loving parents, Alonzo and Charmeka Brown and Antonio Tucker (Norshai); siblings, Alona Brown, Marquez Tucker, Cameron Tucker and Jordan Tucker; grandparents, Charlie Howell (Phyllis), Linda Davidson (Virgil) and Cora Lee Tucker; great-grandmothers, Bertha Brown and Mary Frances Mitchell; aunt, Brandi Pollard (Trent); uncles, Tierra Brown, Recarlis Howard (Shelby) and Marince Reid (Nevada); great-aunts and great-uncles; special cousin, Alyssa Jackson; special friend, Angelica Whitlow; and, a host of cousins, other loving relatives and friends.

My heart aches but my best memory is when he taught me how to play dominos and we would sit in the floor of my auntie Bertha's bed room and play
