Mr. William Ashley Lott, 54, of West Point, Georgia, gained his heavenly wings on Sunday, December 28, 2025 in LaGrange Georgia. Mr. Lott was born on August 14, 1971 in Valley, Alabama to the late Walter and Lynda Lott.
Ashley was a 1992 graduate of Troup County High School in LaGrange, Georgia. After high school, he was employed as a driver with Industrial Service and Supply in Valley, Alabama for many years. He regularly attended Roper Heights Baptist Church in West Point, Georgia.
Ashley, known to many as “Big Lot,” was a friend to many. He found much joy in making others laugh. In earlier years, he loved spending time fishing with his dad and sister, even though she always out fished him. He also enjoyed going to the movies with his mama and brother as often as possible before she passed away. Mr. Lott loved his family and friends dearly and never missed a chance to spend time with them.
Survivors include his loving sister, Amber Thames (Will), niece Nicole Lott, great-niece Miracle Lott, great-nephew Zaden Lott and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST at Roper Heights Baptist Church followed by a memorial service at 12:00 PM EST. Reverend Eric Rice and Reverend Aaron McCollough will be officiating.
The staff at Valley-Point Funeral Home & Cremation is honored to serve the Family of William Ashley Lott.
