Shirley Givins Futral,76, of West Point Georgia passed away on July 19, 2019 at LaGrange Hospice in LaGrange, Georgia.

We will be celebrating her life on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 1:30 pm EDT at Davidson Baptist Church in West Point Georgia.

Visitation will follow the service.

Shirley was born on July 30, 1942 in West Point Georgia to the late Charlie William and Mary Emma Givins.

Shirley is survived by daughters Mary(Sam) Boyington, Angie (Mike)Aiken; son Danny Buchanan; brothers James(Linda) Givins, Donald(Rhonda) Givins and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, children James Elvin(Buck) Buchanan, and Cheryl Moore; and brother William (Bubba) Givins. Shirley loved spending time with her family. Stopping by her house on a Sunday afternoon would almost assure you would see not only her, but her entire family. She never met a stranger and her favorite color is red.

MeMaw Not a day goes by that your not on my mind.Some days it still doesnt seem real.With everything coming and going in my life it was you that was my one constant.You never would have even thought about leaving my side.You gave up so much to make sure I had the best life you could give me.It didnt matter if it was your last you made it your mission to make sure I was taken care of and that same behavior after my kids were born.I pray MeKayla MaKenzie and MaKane never forget you.You loved them oh so much...and boy do they love you.I miss you oh so much!
