Perry Alan Maxwell

Mr. Maxwell was my neighbor. Talking with him whenever we walked passed each other's home was such a joy. He loved doing his yard work. He was meticulous and took so much pride in his gorgeous lawn. He loved dogs. Was so kind to my pets and always stopped to pay them a little attention. Prayers for his family and loved ones. I'll miss seeing Mr. Maxwell walking by from now on. Blessings.

Perry and my brother Hugh were in the same class at West Point High School and were big hunters and both loved to fish. When I moved across the street and decided to remove a tree unfortunately I also took some cables down actually got the tree stuck in the wires. Perry saw me struggling with it, stopped working in his yard ,which was a huge thing , he came and helped me and we became competitors in our quest to have the best yard in Lanett. He won hands down.
