Obituary For Nancy Williams Hornsby
Nancy Williams Hornsby, age 80, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2026, at Bethany House, in Auburn, AL. Nancy was born September 12,1945 in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma.
Nancy was a woman of many talents, but she was most at home when her hands were busy. She was a masterful quilter, spending countless hours stitching together fabric and memories to create warmth for those she loved. She also loved nature, whether it was working with her plants or sitting on her back porch feeding and watching the birds and other wildlife.
Nancy’s greatest legacy is the family she leaves behind. She is survived by her sons, Doug Thomas (Cookie), Stephen Thomas (Tabitha) and daughter, Lisa Graham. She is also survived by her sister, Patsy Hatter and brothers Sidney Williams and Randy Williams, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A service to celebrate Nancy’s life will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
