God Bless Mark ! Truly missed !
I am so sorry for your loss. He will be greatly missed.
I am so sorry to hear this sad news. My prayers for Mark's family. He has only moved to a new and glorious home.
Praying for peace and comfort! City of Valley City Hall
Praying for His comfort, strength, peace, and wisdom during this time. I am so saddened to hear of Mark's passing, but so thankful to understand that he is with the Master now.
I came in to work right out of college and kind of took over the position Mark had been acting in. He never showed any ill will towards me, strived to always assist me, and was always one of my closest confidants. In a word he was genuine...and there aren't many of those that I have found.
Sincerely,
Jeff A.
