Larry Edwin Tomlin,71, of West Point Georgia passed away in Columbus Georgia on August 7, 2019.
Larry was born in Lanett, Alabama on December 29, 1947, to the late Edwin and Doris Tomlin. Larry was a graduate of Lanett High School in Lanett Alabama. He was also a graduate of Auburn University and was employed with West Point Stevens and Johnston Industries from which he retired. He was a big University of Alabama fan and loved to fish.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Marianna, his son Patrick, his sisters-in-law Linda (Steve) Hulsey, Jane (Frank) Lake, Patti (Bill) Slade and many nephews and nieces.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11:00 am EDT at Bluffton Funeral Services.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to “Meals on Wheels” at West Point United Methodist Church, West Point Georgia.
