We regretfully announce the passing of Rev. Lucy Stanley, age 87, a longtime resident of Meriwether County, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Piedmont Healthcare in Columbus, Georgia.

Her ministry, her kindness, and her witness will continue to echo through my life and countless others that she touched.
