Michael Jerome Pritchett, the son of the late Willie Louise Pritchett was born on August 20, 1967. He gained his wings into eternal rest on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
Michael was baptized at an early age at St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church in Hogansville, Georgia. He became a faithful online viewer of Keeney Memorial United Methodist Church where he always introduced himself on Sunday mornings with “I’m glad to be in the service one more time”.
Michael was a 1985 graduate of Hogansville High School, were he participated in multiple sports. He continued his education at Savannah State and West Georgia College in Carrollton. He was currently employed with Hyundai Glovis and had worked there for ten years.
He loved music and was affectionately known to all of his friends as “DJ Mike Quick”. Michael lived life to the fullest, often captivating many with his personality and infectious smile. He had a heart for people.
Michael was a great father who loved his daughter “baby girl” or “Mac”, never missing an opportunity to share his feelings for her with anyone. He was affectionally known as the “cool” uncle by his nephews and nieces.
Michael leaves to cherish his memories: a loving daughter Anna Mackenzie Robinson; three brothers Kenneth (Jocelyn) Pritchett, Marion (Jacqueline) Pritchett, Douglas (Brenda) Pritchett; a sister Rev. Brenda Pritchett (Dwight) Rhodes; five nephews Travis Pritchett, Adrian Pritchett, Jascha Pritchett, Douglas Pritchett and Dwight Rhodes; four nieces Jacquilla Pritchett-White, Ashli Ognelodh, Kiera Rhodes, and Brooklyn Pritchett; four great nephews; two great nieces; a very special devoted friend Leila Rudd Brock; a host of family and friends; and the Hyundai Glovis family.

My condolences to the family. We are all prisoners of death. No matter what we do, there is no escape. But Jehovah has the power to release us from death. And he has promised that the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing. 1corinthians 15:26
