Obituary For Michael Bridges
We respectfully announce the passing of Mr. Michael Bridges, age 66, of Hogansville, Georgia on Friday, May 13, 2022 at Twin Fountain Nursing Home in Lagrange.
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at St. Mary United Methodist Church located at 100 Pine Street in Hogansville. Rev. Elaine Gilbert,Pastor, will officiate.
Public viewing will be Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
Due to COVID-19 concerns everyone in attendance at the viewing and the Graveside must wear a mask and social distancing is encouraged.
Michael Anthony Bridges, known as “Mike” was born on March 1, 1956 to the late Mr. James Bridges and Mrs. Helen Phillips Bridges. He departed this life at Twin Fountain Nursing Home in LaGrange, GA on May 13, 2022.
Michael attended school in Troup County, GA. He showed his carpentry skills by performing various “handy-man” jobs and outside yard work, until his health began to fail.
He was preceded in death by his parents, uncles and aunts. Michael leaves his memories to be cherished by his aunts: Barnell Trammell, Broadview, IL and Gertrude Phillips, Atlanta, GA; a host of cousins, and friends.
Arrangements entrusted to Thrash and Sons Funeral Home.
