We respectfully announce the passing of Ms. Jessica V. Hall, age 25, of the St. Marks Community in Meriwether County Georgia on Friday, March 30, 2018.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 12:00 noon at White Plains United Methodist Church, Highway 100, Hogansville, Georgia. Rev. Carl Von Epps, Pastor, Rev. Tasha Askew, officiating and Rev. Valerie Thompson, Eulogist.
Interment will follow in the Olive Branch Cemetery #2.
Jessica Vanisha Hall was born on May 22, 1992 to Tanisha Ransom and the late Calvin Bernard Hall, Sr. Jessica departed her life on March 30, 2018, to enter into her heavenly home above.
Jessica grew up in St. Marks Community in Hoganville, Georgia. She attended Greenville High School, where she was an active member of the Greenville High School marching band, track and field, and cheerleading squad. Jessica was a graduate of Greenville High School Class of 2011.
Jessica joined Oak Ridge CME Church in Greenville, Georgia, at an early age. She was an active member of the choir, the usher board, and the food committee. Jessica was employed at Dermatology Institute of Skin Cancer Cosmetic Surgery until she departed this life into her heavenly home.
Jessica had the most beautiful smile that would turn anyone’s day bright. She enjoyed spending time with her two beautiful children. Jessica also loved singing, dancing, shopping, getting her nails done, and spending time with family and friends. Jessica was preceded in death by her grandfather, Albert Mitchell, Jr.
Jessica leaves to cherish: one son, Tava Corstoria Reese III; one daughter, Kailani Ja’Tava Reese; her loving mother, Tanisha Ransom; two brothers, Calvin Bernard Hall, Jr., and Marion (Sheria) Mitchell; two grandmothers, Lunia Mae Mitchell and Mary Jean Hall; one grandfather, Willie James Hall; a great-grandmother, Geneva Hall; one special uncle, Richard L. Tucker, Sr.; a host of family and friends; special cousins, Richard L. Tucker, Jr., Brittany Tucker, and Stisha Mitchell; and special friends, Mackenzie Hemrich, Britney Caldwell, and Angel Beasley.
