Obituary For Doris Broughton
We regretfully announce the passing of Mrs. Doris Broughton, age 95, of Pine Mountain, Georgia on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Avalon Nursing Home in Newnan, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Trinity CME Church located at 77 Trinity Street (Durand), Warm Springs, Ga. 31830.
Rev. William Spratling, Pastor and Elder Jessie Lucas, Jr., (Moderator of the Salem Primitive Baptist Association) Eulogist.
Interment will follow at Rocky Mount Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, located on Mitcham Road in Warm Springs, Georgia.
Public viewing will be held on Tuesday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home and on Wednesday from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service at the Church.
