Mr. Willie J. Watkins passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at the age of 73. He was born on February 17, 1952, to the late Jessie Watkins and Susie Grant Watkins in Columbus.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Watkins I will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Macedonia Christian Ministries with interment at Green Acres Cemetery.

I will ALWAYS have fond memories of my 1970 Spencerian classmate. I thank God that He gave him to us for this period. I pray that he is resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as well as peace and comfort for his family.
