Obituary For Walter E. Williams II

Mr. Walter E. Williams II entered into eternal rest, Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Piedmont Regional Hospital in Columbus, GA. He was born on June 5th, 1970 in Columbus, GA. He was the son of the late Walter E. Williams and Isabell S. Williams. He attended Columbus High School. He entered into the workforce as a Production Worker at Koch Foods Inc in Pine Mountain, GA. Walter will forever be known for his artistic abilities. He was a person of faith and lived life serving others. Some of his favorite pass times were watching wrestling and attending yard sales. Walter enjoyed life, family, and many friends. He will forever be missed but never forgotten.

Walter was preceded in death by his father Walter E. Williams and his mother Isabell S. Williams ; two brothers , David Williams and Stoney Williams; one sister, Edith Sparks.

He leaves to cherish his memories to : one son, Byron Martin , of Columbus, GA ; one daughter, Kawantis Thompson; of Columbus, GA ; one brother, Rickey Williams, of Columbus ,GA ; one sister, Laquita Benson, of Columbus, GA; one aunt, Annie Pearl McBride, of Crestview,FL;

6 grandchildren; nieces, Latisha Carter and Takoya Carter, of Columbus, GA and Richelle Williams, of Atlanta, GA; three nephews Courvoisiea Mathis (Tamika Mathis) , Ricket Carter III, all of Columbus, GA and Tyrese Person, of Columbus, OH; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Homegoing Celebration will be Friday, April 22, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Progressive with visitation on Thursday, April 21, 2022 beginning at 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
