Ms. Sonya Karol Pierce passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024 at the age of 58. She was born on July 1, 1966 in Columbus to James Bryant and the late Marjorie Owens.
Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Pierce will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Midland Methodist Church.
Visitation will begin at 3:30 PM at the church.

This is to devastating to me just hearing of her passing. She was one of my breathing therapist at St.Francis. This is really hard.Plus a great student at Arnold Jr. High School in Columbus GA. Sweet as cherries beautiful person inside out. May she rest in peace.🙏🏾♥️😘👑🌷🌷🌷🌷

Sonya was an amazing nurse and always offered a kind word and smile. She was there for me in one of the darkest times of my life and also one of the happiest moments of my life. And anytime she drew my blood I couldn't even feel it. Silly memory but true. I wish her daughter all the hopes and smiles, I'm sorry for your loss. Amazing woman.
