The family of Sharmaine Adesanya humbly announces her passing on June 9, 2022.
đź’śSharmaine La Verne Adesanyađź’ś was born February 23, 1961, in Fort Gordon, Georgia. She is the first-born daughter of CSM (Ret.) Albert Lee Hutchinson and the late Sylvia Mae Hutchinson. For twelve years, Sharmaine fought a strong fight with kidney disease. On June 9, 2022, with her family by her side, God called Sharmaine to her eternal home.
Sharmaine attended elementary school in Karlsruhe, Germany and graduated from Jackson Memorial High School in New Jersey. She studied art at William Paterson University and received an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Mercer County College. She worked as an accountant and customer support specialist for major insurance companies for over 30 years. A lover of nature, Sharmaine always found God’s beauty in everything around her. There was always wisdom in the advice she gave, and she was a steadfast protector of family and friends alike.
A Celebration of her life will be held at Progressive Funeral Home. 8 July 2022: Viewing 4-6pm, Family Hour 5-6pm. 9 July 2022: Celebration of Life: 9-10am. Followed by Interment at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Ft Mitchell, Alabama. Sharmaine’s favorite color was Purple.💜 On that day, let us joyfully remember Sharmaine’s Love of Color and wear bright colors.
