Miss Sakinna Marie Covington passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at the age of 43. She was born on January 20, 1980. Her parents: Eddie Covington (deceased) and Mamie (Ellis) Sexton.
Education: Graduated from Grace Academy 1998 and attended Alabama State University.
Her love for children led her to go into Early Childhood Development where she was employed at Ms. Pam's Precious Angels in Jonesboro, Ga until her health declined.
She fought a long fight with Cancer and earned her crown on August 15, 2023.
Preceded in death by Grandparents, Julia Marie Sweat, and Wilbert Covington, Father, Eddie Covington.
Leaving to cherish her memory are her children, Juan Cannon, Jaylen Cannon, Jakyla Cannon, Kaylie Cannon, Quinjetta Cannon; Mother, Mamie ( Hilton) Sexton; Special Uncle, Tony (Lashandra) Covington; Brother, Rico Covington; Uncles, Samuel (Shirley) Covington, Larry Gwinn, and Herman McMillan; Aunt, Ronda Ellis; Grandmother, Erma Lee Ellis; Special friends, Leo Matthews, Renee Mahone; and host of relatives and friends

I'm very sorry for your loss. Words can not express the pain you and your family is going through. God promised us that we death will be done away with in gods due time. Revelation 21:3,4 tell us that no more pain or out cry because the former things have passed away.
