Ms. Queenie Mae King (Gardner) passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the age of 96. She was born on June 13, 1929, to the late Ephriam Gardner and Maranda Thornton Gardner in Chattahoochee County, GA.
The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. King will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel A.M.E Church; interment will follow at the church cemetery. Service will be live-streamed (see clickable link below)
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Progressive.
