Mr. Phil Stanley Bivins passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024 at the age of 73. He was born on October 5, 1950 to Sam Bivins and Mildred Ruth Johnson Bivins in Phenix City, AL.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Bivins will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 10:30 AM in the Chapel at Progressive with interment following at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Monday beginning at 12 until 5:00 PM.
