Mrs. Patricia Ann Alexander passed away on Monday, April 25, 2022 at the age of 65. She was born on January 9, 1957 to Marie Thomas King and the late Jessie Long in Columbus. Other than her father, she is preceded in death by a brother Larry Averett.

Surviving her memories are her husband Edward Alexander; four children, Keith Averett (Tameka), Virginia Miles (Charles), Heath Alexander and Demetrius Alexander (Tayana); one brother, Greg; two sisters, Wendy and Tasha; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; in-laws, Emanuel, Juanita, Marian, Florence and Sonya; and many other relatives and friends.

Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Alexander will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM graveside at Green Acres Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, May 2, 2022 beginning at 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Progressive.
