Miss Nicole S. McMurray passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025, at the age of 39. She was born on April 7, 1986, to the late Jimmy James McMurray and Betty Jean Ingram McMurray in Americus, Ga.
The Homegoing Celebration for Miss McMurray will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Josh Gibson Resource Center in Buena Vista, GA., with interment at Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday, 12 until 5:00 PM at Progressive.

It was always a pleasure to have conversations with Nicole. She is truly a kind person who almost convinced me to go on a cruise.
Nicole was not only my friend but she was my sister. She was my daughter's God mom! This is so hard to believe and understand. Life is really too short. You just never know. I'm blessed to have known you and now I have a forever guardian angel in Heaven! I love Cole so much... just typing this hurts! Cole had the sweetest heart and she was always there for me and my children!!!! She was Always... just there! I remember each time at work when we would have a transportation issue, MS Brown would say Adams call Nicole she is the supervisor in transportation and call me back! Or some times Ms Brown would just say let me call Nicole and I will call you at back! Each time Nicole would be the solution to the problem! We will Miss you dearly! I was very sad to here of the passing of Ms. McMurray. I have worked with her for several years and she will be sorely missed as she walked by my office and checked in with me. Gone way to soon.
