Mrs. Debra Lynn Harvey passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the age of 63. She was born on August 9, 1962, to the late Clarence Witherspoon and Gloria Brown Witherspoon in Covington, KY.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Harvey will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at New Testament Christian Center with interment following at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Progressive.
