Ms. Mary Lee Coley (Charles) passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at the age of 96. She was born on June 28, 1929, to the late Gardner Charles and Kelsie Boynton in St. Augustine, FL.
The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Coley will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Peaceful Holiness Church, with interment at Evergreen Memorial Garden. Service will be live-streamed (see clickable link below)
Visitation will be held on Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Progressive.

Add A CondolenceWith deepest sympathy for your loss of your mother. I would like to share the first time Miss Mary made me laugh. I was coming down Guard Place, New Jersey and I seen my friend Al running around his mother's station wagon. He kept running back-and-forth around the car.I was like what is going on closer I got I realized all his older brothers were in the car and they kept locking the doors every time he got to one. I assumed that Miss Mary seen it. Also she came out on the porch and said y'all better let my baby boy in that car. All I could do was stand there and laugh. Al will always be his mother's baby boy.
