It is with the greatest sadness to hear of Mr. Smith's passing. Family you always have my love as well as Butch's. Mr. Smith was a fantastic man, husband, father, and friend to the neighborhood and community. I cannot remember him ever being out of sorts or angry; and he and Mrs. Smith were ALWAYS groomed and dressed superbly from head to toe! Rest well from your days journey...rest well...

Terri L. McCray

Marvin was the drum major at old Spencer High that was on ?8th Street in Columbus when I was 5 or 6 and the majorette mascot. Carrie Boddie was the head majorette. I am Virginia, the daughter of his Uncle John and wife Luticia (Hood St) and first cousin also to our mutual cousin Lula Smith Hensley, who keeps me informed. Blessings to his immediate family 🙏🏽
