Mr. Johnnie Lewis Cook, Sr., passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the age of 96. He was born on April 11, 1930, to the late Jackson Cook, Sr., and Lillie Scott Cook in Seale, AL.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Cook, Sr. will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Holsey Chapel CME Church with interment at Main Post Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Progressive.

Johnnie Cook Family So very sorry to hear of Bro. Cooks passing, he was my Sunday School and Bible Study teacher at Holsey Chapel. Such a faithful member and enjoyed us going to lunch every fourth wednesday each month.
