Sending my deepest condolences to you all. So sorry I can't be there, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers. James was "that" cousin who loved to share his lifelong lessons that he learned, those lessons that molded him as he progressed through his career in the military or just lessons from life experiences. He always believed that hard work does pay off and he spoke about that often. We would laugh so hard about some of the experiences he had to go through just starting out in the military...but he made it! He spoke about how being in the military afforded him so many great opportunities and he shared it with those he came in contact with, encouraging relatives to achieve goals in their lives. He kept his space..and he allowed you to have yours. Rest easy dear cousin..memories of you will forever be in my heart. Love, Ann Branch
My deepest condolences to my family
To my dear cousins, Cassandra and Katrina, My heartfelt condolences to you and the family. Uncle James and I were like brother and sister growing up. He was my protector and friend. I know there was a great celebration beyond the clouds as he joined the ranks of our ancestors, Grandmother Katie has baby boy with her. Mother is estatic. I remember him fondly and pray for the great gathering beyond the clouds where we shall all meet again. Sorrowfully written with love Celesta
