Progressive Funeral Home, Inc,
Aunt Flossie was a lady who always spoke her mind. She was a beautiful woman whose smile was like sunshine. As a little girl I'd listen to her joke She run me from the room where there was just grown folk Aunt Flossie and her sisters sang songs and sounded good They could have been made famous like those in Hollywood. You knew when she was angry She'd make sure you would know And still be smiling as she showed you to the door Aunt Flossie was an auntie you never could forget She was one of the funniest people that I had ever met Forever in my memory, I still can't believe she's gone She's in the hands of a just God, and she is not alone. San you have my condolences and I am sorry I couldn't be there for you and the family. God bless. I know you will miss her more than all of us.
My condolences to the Phillips family and friends. It is a painful thing to lose a precious love one in death, regardless of how long they have lived. Even Jesus wept when Lazarus died (John 11:35) and it pains our loving Heavenly Father, too. He did not purpose his human family to grow old and die but purpose us to live and enjoy life. It is still his purpose (Psalms 37:11, 29). He calls death an enemy that will be removed forever (1 Corinthians 15:26; Isaiah 25:8). He promised to awaken our love ones in the memorial tombs from asleep in death__ Isaiah 26:19 “Your dead will rise ...Awake and shout joyfully you residents in the dust! ...the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." He will then reverse the aging process__ Job 33:24,25 “Let his flesh become fresher than in youth; Let him return to the days of his youthful vigor.” What a delight it will be to see them again to enjoy life as our Creator purposed (Psalms 145:16)! Allow these words to keep comforting all of you.
I am very sorry for the pain you all are experiencing right now. Revelations 21:3,4 is a promise that soon all sickness and death will be eliminated and replaced with everlasting life on a paradise earth as brought out at Psalms 37:11,29.
To family and friends my deepest sympathy for the loss of your loved one. Losing a loved one in death is very painful and Almighty God Jehovah (Psalms 83:18;God's name) promises that he will resurrect millions of people who have died. "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous." Read John 5:28,29 and Acts 24:15.
