Mr. Ernest J. Powell, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at the age of 80. He was born on January 28, 1942 in Chesapeake, Virginia to the late Bennie Powell and Evelyn White.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Powell will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 12:30 PM graveside at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 starting at 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
