Mr. Emery Lawrence Ramsey passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023 at the age of 71. He was born on October 14, 1951 to the late Walter Ramsey and Beulah Bryant Ramsey in Millen, Ga.
Cherishing Mr. Emery Ramsey's memories are his loving wife, Janice Ramsey; son, Jason Ramsey(Latrice); daughter, Elesha Ramsey; brother, Emmett Ramsey (Kathy); sister, Delphine Swanson (Bishop James); four grandchildren, Steven Mendez, Reginald Johnson, Lacey Ramsey and Lauryn Ramsey; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The Homegoing Celebration for Coach Ramsey will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's United Methodist Church with interment immediately following at Evergreen Memorial Garden.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 10, 2023 beginning at 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Progressive.
