Ms. Ella Mae Dent passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at the age of 88. She was born on February 29, 1936 to the late Carey Thomas and Annie Mae Thomas in Crawford, AL.
The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Ella Mae Dent will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Greater Beallwood Baptist Church with interment at Main Post Cemetery. There will be a repast held at Greater Beallwood from 2:30 - 4:00 PM.
Visitation will be Thursday 2 - 5:00 PM at Progressive.

I had the blessing of knowing her over the past few years. She was the glue of her family.
I will miss her smile, her quick wit and her readiness to play Spades... I never-ever won and she would always tease me about it.
