Obituary For Dexter Carl Render
Mr. Dexter Carl Render passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at the age of 58. He was born on June 8, 1968, to the late Willie D. Render and Clote Senior Render in Columbus, Ga.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Render will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Progressive, with interment at Green Acres Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Progressive Funeral Home staff considers it an honor and a privilege to serve the Family of Mr. Dexter Carl Render.

Dex I'm gonna really miss u I will forever luv u brother in law. R.I.P.
My heart and prayers go out to the entire Render family. The world is a lesser place without Uncle Dex in it. I have been one of the blessed people in the world because I had a chance to have Dex and this family in my life, and for this I am a better person. I met Uncle Dex at a family gathering they invited me to. He handed me a beer and said welcome to the family. For Uncle Dex and this family, I will always be grateful, may God continue to bless you all. He is in heaven with all those that we miss and love.
