Ms. Cynthia Elizabeth "Tootie" Friend (Brummell) passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at the age of 87. She was born on May 21, 1938, to the late Robert Harvey and Helen Brummell in Easton, MD.
The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Friend will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Progressive with interment at Green Acres Cemetery. Service will be live-streamed (see clickable link below)
Visitation will be on Thursday, beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
