I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Parks was such a kind and thoughtful neighbor. I will always remember how he enjoyed sitting on the porch and making sure the neighborhood kids had a fun and safe Halloween by passing out candy. My kids were especially grateful for his warmth and kindness. He will truly be missed. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
