He was born on December 2, 1965 in Phenix City, AL to the late Robert Lowe and Vivian Epps.
Christopher's Homegoing Celebration will be on Friday, September 24, 2021 beginning at 11:00 A.M. at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.
