Mr. Charles Packer passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at the age of 84. He was born on January 22, 1938 in Pensacola, FL to the late Johnnie Packer and Emma Baldwin Packer.
The Homegoing Celebration will be held on Graveside at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 12:30 PM.
The visitation will be held on Sunday, February 27, 2022 beginning at 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Progressive.
