Obituary For Braxton Jamaal Hicks
Mr. Braxton Jamaal Hicks (also known as Peso and Bracky) passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at the age of 27. He was born on September 30, 1997 to John Hicks, Jr. and Tabia Quarles in Columbus.
To know him is to love him. Braxton has always been the Life of the Party, Always Smiling & cracking jokes, Genuine, & Selfless. He has a large family including his two parents; siblings; children, Sariah, Princeton, Brayden, & Bryson; aunts, uncles, cousins, and more who loves him dearly and that he would do anything for. To know him is to love him.
Other than his parents John and Tabia, his memory will be cherished by his 4 children: Sariah, Princeton, Brayden, & Bryson; 6 siblings, Quintavious, Tabatha, Martha, Tabaris, TaJa, Samoyee’ earning him the title of Little brother as he is the 5th out of 6; and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The Homegoing Celebration for Braxton will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel at Progressive.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3 until 5:00 PM.
