Mr. Bernard "BJ" Johnson passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at the age of 86. He was born on September 25, 1937 to the late Charles Johnson and Ermyntrude Mundley in Brooklyn, NY.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Johnson will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024 graveside at Green Acres Cemetery beginning at 12 PM.
Visitation will be on Wednesday 1 until 5:00 PM at Progressive.

My dear cousin Bernard: You were always so thoughtful and compassionate. Even in the state of your illness, you discerned my needs and surprisingly made provisions for me. Thank you for the rides through Brooklyn when I visited Ny while I was a college student in Minnesota. Thank you for standing in the gap in the initial care of Aunt Gloria in Brooklyn until I could take over. You truly loved family and was always filled with joy and laughter when you greeted us. Be not dismayed daughters, and all left behind. You've done your part. Be prayerful and take care of each other now, the way that your father would want you to do.
