Obituary For Barry Miles Sr.
Mr. Barry E. Miles Sr. passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 in Columbus at the age of 57, He was born on October 27, 1963 in Ft. Ord, CA. to Louise Patrick Miles and the late Leroy Miles Sr.
Survivors other than his mother include: his wife, Kenisha Miles; one son, Barry Miles, Jr; two daughters, Danielle and Aumbrielle Miles; two brothers, Leroy Miles, Jr. (Charlie Mae) and Garry L. Miles; one sister, Melanie Chambers (Michael); four grandchildren; one very special niece, Karina J. .Miles.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Miles will be held on Sunday, October 31, 2021 in the Chapel of Progressive beginning at 2:00 PM.
The interment will be Monday, November 1, 2021 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.
There will be a visitation held on Saturday, October 30 beginning at 1:00 P.M. and ending at 3:00 P.M.

Barry and I was stationed in Stuttgart, Germany along with Leatrice and Dana. My home was open to all of them. Barry and I established a bond immediately. His humor and outlook on life was most notable. His desire to excel in all endeavors were a high priority. I spoke with him about two months ago and we reminisced about old times and laughed until we were exhausted. 36 years later, Barry was still that same person I met in 1985. To his Mother, children and family, my sincere condolences. RIP comrade, job well done.
