Obituary For Bob Crowell
Mr. Robert (Bob) Arnold Crowell 64, of Auburn, Alabama passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the East Alabama Medical Center from complications of heart disease. He died peacefully surrounded by his children.
Bob was born in Montgomery, Alabama on October 7, 1953 to the late George Arnold Crowell and the late Shirley Crowell Woods. He was a graduate of Columbus High School in Columbus, Georgia and attended Auburn University. He was a former franchise owner of several national restaurant chains. He was an avid outdoorsman, a gun enthusiast and an expert marksman. His other passion was golf and being on the golf course. He loved his children, grandchildren, family and Auburn football.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, August 3, 2018 from 6:30PM until 8:30PM at the Auburn University Golf Club. He is survived by his four children. Daughter, Lauren Crowell Bollinger (Jeremy) of Newnan, Ga. Daughter, Ellen Crowell Sheffield (Philip) of Jacksonville, Fl. Son, George Robert (Bobby) Crowell of Auburn, Al. Son, Phillip (Chase) Crowell of Auburn, Al. His brother, Frank Matthew Crowell of Auburn, Al and his two sisters, Linda Crowell Zeitouni of Columbus, Ga. and Lisa Crowell Mitchell (Stuart) of Satellite Beach, Fl. His five grandchildren and his beloved dog, Colt. The family also extends grateful thanks to cousin Mitchell Dwaine O’Barr (Connie) of Mount Pleasant, S.C.
The family also extends appreciation to the medical team and the CVICU of East Alabama Medical Center for their professionalism, compassion and exemplary care.

He promises us that very soon, "He will wipe every tear from our eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Revelation 21:3,4, Isaiah 33:24. He also promises us that there will be a resurrection of our loved ones that we have lost in death, and they will have the opportunity to live forever in perfect health in Paradise right here on earth. (John 5:28,29, Psalms 37:10,11). What wonderful promises! Can you imagine a time on earth when there will be no more sickness, pain or death? May all of God's promises give you a measure of comfort, peace, hope and strength. I have personally found very comforting information on jw.org.
