Mrs. Alice Faye Hay 80 of LaFayette, Alabama died Thursday July 29, 2021 at the EAMC Lanier Nursing Home.
Mrs. Hay was born in Langdale, Alabama July 25, 1941 to the late Jacob Washington Brown and the late Jessie Yates Brown. She was a homemaker and a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church in LaFayette where she played the piano for several years.
Funeral services will be held Sunday August 1, 2021 at 2PM at the Shiloh Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery with the Rev. Chuck Goodwin, the Rev. Dale Wood and the Rev. Randy McGill officiating
The family will receive friends Sunday at the church from 1PM until 2PM prior to the service.
She is survived by her Husband of 60 years Phillip Wayne Hay of LaFayette, Al., 2 Children Linda Brown of LaFayette, Al., Rickey (Sarah) Hay of LaFayette, Al., Brother Donald (Kim) Brown of Columbus, Ga., 2 Grandchildren Stephanie (Gary) Munn of Five Points, Al., Brandon Brown of Columbus, Ga., 4 Great Grandchildren Skyler, Savannah, T.J., and Alex, 3 Sister In Laws, 1 Brother In Law, several nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
