No public services were announced.
The staff of Central Cremation Services is honored to be selected to provide end-of-life services.

Bill was a one of a kind, true Southern gentleman who had an extremely lively mind and a lightning quick wit. He largely built many of Philpot Relocation Systems base of accounts with one or two others, and kept sales and the company going strong through each slow winter season in the moving industry largely through his own sales efforts over the forty years he worked there. Prospects would buy instantly from him based on his outgoing and fun personality. He considered work to be fun as well and insisted on not retiring but working till the end of his life at close to eighty.
Bill won the Junior's Championship at Augusta National Golf Tournament as a young man. And he was proud of being a Vietnam veteran.
He loved Philpot, and he will be missed!
